Scope
This standard specifies the conditions and detailed analysis steps for the determination of aflatoxin in food by immunoaffinity chromatography purification-high performance liquid chromatography and immunoaffinity chromatography purification-fluorophotometry. This standard applies to the determination of aflatoxins in corn, peanuts and their products (peanut butter, peanut kernels, peanuts), rice, wheat, vegetable oils, soy sauce, vinegar and other foods. The detection limit of aflatoxin in the sample: the detection limit of aflatoxin B1 and the total amount of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 determined by immunoaffinity chromatography purification-high performance liquid chromatography is 1 μ g/kg. Immunoaffinity chromatography purification-fluorescence spectrophotometry determined the total detection limit of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 was 1 μg/kg, and the detection limit in soy sauce sample was 2.5 μg/kg.
