Scope

This standard specifies the calculation method of safe distance for live working on AC lines, risk assessment criteria, gap coefficient, altitude correction coefficient, etc. The calculated results can be used for reference in design and experimental research. This standard is applicable to the calculation and verification of the safe distance for live working of 110 kV ~ 750 kV AC lines. It can also be used as a reference in the calculation and verification of the safety distance for live work of substation equipment.
