Scope
This standard specifies the scope, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labels, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of food additive natural vitamin E. This standard applies to the natural vitamin E extracted from the by-products of natural edible vegetable oil, and the products made from edible vegetable oil. D_α-tocopherol concentrate is suitable for nutrition enhancer and antioxidant in food industry; mixed tocopherol concentrate is suitable for antioxidant; d-α-tocopherol acetate, d-α-tocopherol acetate concentrate, d-α Tocopheryl monosuccinate is suitable for use as a nutritional enhancer.
