Scope
This standard specifies the allowable limits and detection methods for the dissolution of lead and cadmium from ceramic cookers. This standard is applicable to all kinds of ceramic cooking products such as casserole, steam pot, hot pot, frying pan, and hot pot that come into contact with food.
