Scope

This standard specifies the performance index, test method, test condition and inspection cycle of medical electron accelerator acceptance test and periodic inspection. This standard applies to the acceptance test jointly conducted by the manufacturer, the user and a third party after the initial installation of the medical electron accelerator, and the periodic inspection by the user during the normal operation of the equipment. This standard is applicable to the medical electron accelerators for the purpose of radiotherapy in the medical industry, which can produce X-radiation and electron radiation, and the energy is 1 MeV ~ 50 MeV. This standard applies to medical electron accelerators equipped with isocentric racks, and can also refer to the performance and test methods of non-isocentric equipment.
