Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the equipment and facilities of emergency rescue facilities in civil transport airports (including the civilian part of military-civilian combined airports, hereinafter referred to as airports). This standard is applicable to the equipment of emergency rescue facilities at airports (including newly built, reconstructed and expanded airports).
