Scope
This standard specifies the index requirements for edible soybean meal, food additives, hygienic requirements for the production process, packaging, labelling, storage and transportation requirements and inspection methods. This standard applies to loose protein-rich materials suitable for food processing obtained from soybeans by leaching (pre-pressing leaching or direct leaching).
