Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring the pH value of aqueous extracts of vinyl chloride homopolymerization and copolymerization resins with a pH meter. This standard is not suitable for evaluating the electrical properties of the resin, but it is very important for the selection of additives, especially for the selection of stabilizers for the preparation of compositions.
