- This standard specifies the materials, design, manufacture, safety accessories, test methods, inspection rules and requirements for marking, packaging, transportation and storage of medical oxygen pressurized chambers (hereinafter referred to as oxygen chambers). This standard applies to medical oxygen chambers for adults and infants (including neonates) whose pressurized medium is medical oxygen, the maximum working pressure is not greater than 0.2MPa, and the number of people entering the chamber is one person. This standard is applicable to oxygen chambers whose chamber diameter meets the requirements in Table 1 and whose cross-section is circular or elliptical. Metal chambers with other shapes and cross-sections can also be used as a reference.
