Scope

This standard specifies the conditions and analysis procedures for the rapid determination of nitrate content in vegetables with a portable detector of nitrate test paper. This standard applies to the rapid determination and screening of nitrate content in vegetables. The detection limit of nitrate in the sample is 4 mg/kg (calculated as NO₃^-).
