Scope

This standard specifies the cross-sectional shape, cross-sectional size, weight and tolerance, length and tolerance, shape, steel delivery weight, marking examples, etc. of hot-rolled round and square steel. This standard applies to hot-rolled round steel with a diameter of 5.5mm to 250mm and hot-rolled square steel with a side length of 5.5mm to 200mm.
