Scope

This standard applies to the determination of trace arsenic. The arsenic spot method is suitable for measuring test solutions with arsenic content in the range of 1 μg to 5 μg (calculated as As). The detection range of the silver diethyldithiocarbamate method (AgDDTC) is 0.1 μg/mL to 4 μg/mL (calculated as As) in the absorption solution.
