Scope: This standard specifies the types, dimensions and tolerances of sleeve reamers with tapered holes (taper 1:30) driven by end keys; the corresponding mandrels for The mandrel of the type reamer is the same (the data of the mandrel is repeatedly listed in the appendix of this standard). Only metric sizes are recommended in this standard, and only metric sizes will be recommended for the following reamers in the future. ——Sleeve type reaming drills with an outer diameter greater than 23.6 mm to 101.6 mm and a diameter of the large end of the tapered hole ranging from 13 mm to 40 mm. ——In order to ensure the interchangeability of the reaming drill and the mandrel stipulated in GB/T 1135, the end key size and the taper hole inspection method are specified. Recommended reamer stock sizes are listed in Appendix A. These reamers are made right-cut unless otherwise stated.
