- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, inspection methods, marking and packaging of two-point inner micrometers (including "inner micrometer" and "single-rod inner micrometer"). This standard is applicable to the overall structure with a division value of 0.01mm, 0.001mm, 0.002mm, 0.005mm, the pitch of the micrometer screw is 0.5mm or 1.0mm, and the measurement upper limit ιmax should not be greater than 6000mm or with Two-point inside micrometer for extension rods (according to Abbe's principle).
