- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging and storage of dehumidifiers. . This standard applies to integral or split dehumidifiers (hereinafter referred to as dehumidifiers) that dehumidify by means of mechanical refrigeration and whose nominal dehumidification capacity is greater than 0.16 kg/h by means of condensation heat as reheating.
