- This standard specifies the requirements and methods for the inspection of geometric accuracy, transmission accuracy and working accuracy of gear shaping machines. This standard applies to gear shaping machines (hereinafter referred to as machine tools) with a maximum workpiece diameter of 125 mm to 3150 mm.
