- This standard specifies the color for conveying safety information, the test method and application method of safety color. This standard applies to the surface color of signals and signs used in public places, production and business units, transportation, construction, storage and other industries, as well as fire protection and other fields. This standard does not apply to light signals and colors used for navigation, inland waterway and other purposes.
