- This standard specifies the general lighting regulations, lighting illuminance values, emergency lighting, lighting quality and lighting power density values for various places in urban rail transit operation. This standard applies to the lighting of various places in urban rail transit operation. This standard does not apply to the lighting of urban rail transit vehicles.
