Scope: This chapter of GB 4706.1-2005 is replaced by the following content: This standard is applicable to the electric heating method, electric heating method with the rated voltage of single-phase appliances not exceeding 250 V and the rated voltage of other appliances not exceeding 480 V for household and similar purposes using electric energy as the main energy source. The tableware disinfection cabinet (hereinafter referred to as the disinfection cabinet) is a combination of ozone method, ultraviolet radiation (only as an auxiliary) method and the above-mentioned disinfection methods. This standard does not apply to the following disinfection cabinets: ——Disinfection cabinets that only rely on ultraviolet radiation for disinfection; ——Other disinfection cabinets that do not use tableware disinfection as the main purpose, such as towel disinfection cabinets, etc.; ——Disinfection cabinets for medical purposes cabinet.
