Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for rear fog lamps for motor vehicles and trailers. This standard is applicable to various types of rear fog lamps for L₃, L₄, L₅, L₇, M, N motor vehicles and O category trailers . In this standard, rear fog lamps for motor vehicles and trailers are referred to as rear fog lamps. L₇ refers to four-wheeled motorcycles.
