Scope: This standard specifies the method for the determination of 461 pesticides and related chemicals (see Appendix A and Appendix E) residues in pork, beef, mutton, rabbit meat and chicken by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. This standard applies to the qualitative identification of 461 pesticides and related chemicals in pork, beef, mutton, rabbit meat and chicken, and the quantitative determination of 396 pesticides and related chemicals residues. The method detection limit of 396 pesticides and related chemicals quantitatively determined in this standard is 0.04μg/kg~4.82mg/kg (see Appendix A).
