This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of α-amylase preparations. This standard is applicable to the α-amylase preparation products obtained by fermenting and purifying starchy (or sugary) raw materials with strains approved in Table C.2 of GB 2760-2007.
