Scope

This standard specifies the general technical conditions for pneumatic systems used in industrial production processes. Use this as a guide for both the supply and demand sides to ensure: a) safety; b) continuous operation of the system; c) easy and economical maintenance; d) long service life of the system. This standard does not apply to air compressors in factories and typical devices connected to air distribution systems.
