- This part of GB/T 19362 specifies the geometric accuracy, working accuracy and axis positioning accuracy inspection and corresponding tolerances of general-purpose and ordinary-precision stationary gantry milling machines. This section applies to gantry milling machines with movable worktables and fixed double columns. It is not suitable for single-column and gantry milling machines with fixed worktable and movable column. This part is only used for the accuracy inspection of the machine tool, not for the operation inspection of the machine tool (such as vibration, abnormal noise, crawling of moving parts, etc.), nor for the parameter inspection of the machine tool (such as speed, feed rate, etc.) . These checks should be performed prior to the accuracy test. This part gives the terminology of the main components of the machine tool, and names the axis according to JB/T 3051-1999.
