Scope

This part of GB/T 12357 specifies the requirements for geometric dimension parameters, optical and transmission characteristics, mechanical properties and environmental performance of A4a, A4b, A4c and A4d multimode optical fibers. This standard applies to multimode optical fibers (typical lengths up to 100 m) used in short-distance communication cables and other information transmission equipment.
