Scope

This part of GB/T 12357 specifies the requirements for geometric dimension parameters, optical and transmission characteristics, mechanical properties and environmental performance of A3a, A3b, A3c and A3d multimode fibers. This standard applies to multimode optical fibers (typical lengths up to 1 km) used in short-distance communication cables and other information transmission equipment.
