Scope
This part of GB/T 19466 specifies the test method for the determination of the oxidation induction time (isothermal OIT) and oxidation induction temperature (dynamic OIT) of polymeric materials by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). This section applies to fully stable mixed polyolefin materials (raw materials or final products). This section also applies to other plastics.
