Scope

This part of GB/T 8704 specifies the determination of manganese content in ferrovanadium by potassium periodate photometry and flame atomic absorption spectrometry. This section applies to the determination of manganese content in ferrovanadium. The determination range (mass fraction) of potassium periodate photometry is 0.05%-0.60%; the determination range (mass fraction) of flame atomic absorption spectrometry is 0.10%-1.00%.
