Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, transportation, storage, and order form of bauxite ore products. This standard applies to bauxite ores composed of hydrous alumina, iron oxide and silicon oxide for the production of alumina, corundum-type abrasive materials and high-alumina cement.
