Scope
This standard specifies the method for the determination of aflatoxin M1 in milk and dairy products. The first method of this standard is applicable to the determination of aflatoxin M1 in milk and dairy products; the second method is applicable to the determination of aflatoxin M1 in milk, milk powder, and low-fat milk, skim milk, low-fat milk powder and skim milk powder The third method is applicable to the determination of aflatoxin M1 in milk and milk powder; the fourth method is applicable to the determination of aflatoxin M1 in liquid milk and milk powder.
