Scope
This standard is applicable to the measurement of magnetic parameters such as coercive force Hc, DC magnetic induction B and magnetic permeability μ of pure iron plates and various pure iron profiles. This standard stipulates: measure the coercive force HC in the solenoid with the impact method of throwing the coil; measure the DC magnetic induction intensity B in the 25cm double yoke permeameter or the ring sample by the impact method; use the ring sample to measure the magnetic permeability μ and hysteresis characteristics. This standard stipulates that the applicable range of the magnetic field strength of the magnetic permeability meter is 0.5~30kA/m; the applicable range of the magnetic field strength of the ring sample is not greater than 10kA/m. On the premise that the test results are sufficient to reflect the product quality, other types of test methods can also be used for the rejection or delivery test of the product.
