Scope

This standard applies to the classification and designation methods of powder metallurgy materials. All powder metallurgy materials listed in national standards and professional standards (ministry standards) shall be classified and designated according to the provisions of this standard. Note: The powder metallurgy materials included in the enterprise standards generally do not have a uniform designation.
