This standard specifies the determination method of potassium, total phosphorus, amino acid nitrogen and total flavonoids (rutin) in hawthorn juice and its beverages and the calculation method of the juice content. This standard is applicable to the determination of the juice content in hawthorn concentrated juice, fruit juice and beverages with a juice content of not less than 2.5%.
