Scope: This standard is aimed at the electronic signature based on the digital signature type generated by public key cryptography, and defines the main participants of electronic signature and verification, the type of electronic signature, verification and arbitration requirements. This standard also specifies the data format of electronic signatures, including basic data format, verification data format, signature policy format, etc. This standard applies to the design and implementation of electronic signature products, and can also be used as a reference for testing, evaluation and procurement of related products.
