- This standard specifies the process and technical requirements for each process in the manufacturing process of precast concrete lining segment products for shield construction method, including raw materials, steel frame, concrete, mold and assembly, forming, steam curing, demoulding, repair, and post-curation. , inspection, marking, anti-corrosion, product storage and transportation, etc. This standard applies to precast concrete lining segments made of steel and concrete as main raw materials for tunnel projects such as rail transit, highways, railways, hydraulic engineering, electric power, and municipal administration.
