Scope
This specification specifies the general requirements for non-failure rate grades, failure rate grades and aerospace-grade chip film fixed resistors. This specification is applicable to chip film fixed resistors (hereinafter referred to as resistors) of no failure rate grade, failure rate grade and aerospace grade with stability under various harsh environmental conditions.
