Scope: This part of GB/T 4893 specifies the method for the determination of the moisture and heat resistance of furniture surfaces. This standard applies to all cured surfaces of finished furniture, regardless of material. Not suitable for coatings on leather coatings and finished fabrics. The test may be carried out on finished furniture, but is usually carried out on test panels. The sample size shall be sufficient to meet the test requirements, and the same material and finishing method as the finished furniture shall be used.
