Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, operation management, technical and economic indicators, testing and calculation methods and assessment of the economical operation of electric heating boiler systems. This standard is applicable to the projects of electric heating steam boilers with water as the medium and electric heating hot water boiler systems with rated thermal power greater than or equal to 0.05MW with power supply of power frequency 380V level and rated evaporation greater than or equal to 0.07t/h design, construction and operation.
