Scope

This standard specifies the method of preparing the mixed gas for calibration by the static volume method, and also gives the guidance for calculating the volume fraction of the mixed gas. This standard is applicable to the preparation of binary mixed gas (the balance gas contains a calibration component, the balance gas is usually nitrogen or air, see references [1], [2]), and is also suitable for the preparation of the balance gas containing more than A mixture of calibration components. This standard gives the method for determining the expanded uncertainty of the volume fraction of each calibration component in the gas mixture.
