Scope

This standard applies to high-quality carbon structural steel hot-rolled thick plates and wide steel strips (hereinafter referred to as steel strips) with a thickness greater than 4 to 60 mm. Steel plates with a thickness greater than 60mm are supplied according to the agreement between the supplier and the buyer.
