Scope: This specification is applicable to newly built, rebuilt and expanded urban roads, urban squares, urban green spaces, residential areas, residential buildings, public buildings and historical and cultural relics protection buildings in cities across the country. The design of urban roads, urban squares, urban green spaces, building types, or barrier-free requirements not covered by this code should be implemented in accordance with the requirements of similar types in this code. Rural roads and public service facilities should be implemented in accordance with this specification.
