Scope: This specification specifies the general requirements, quality assurance provisions and preparation for delivery of manual illuminated or non-illuminated push button switches, switch assemblies and related combination parts. This specification applies to manual illuminated or non-illuminated pushbutton switches, switch assemblies and related combination parts (hereinafter referred to as switches) used in AC and DC applications. These related assembly parts include adapters (turning parts), bulbs, drivers, light-transmitting sheets, panel seals, partitions, etc.
