Scope: This standard specifies the general requirements, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs of point-type smoke detectors. This standard applies to point-type photoelectric smoke detectors installed in general industrial and civil buildings that use the working principle of scattered light and transmitted light. Point-type smoke detectors installed in other environments or using other working principles shall also implement this standard, except that the special technical requirements shall be stipulated separately by relevant standards.
