- Scope
- This standard applies to portable and non-fixed electrical and electronic products, and its environmental conditions include the following three situations: a. Environmental conditions that may occur when the product is placed and used for a short period of time. b. Changes in environmental conditions due to site changes. c. Environmental conditions under which product is moved between locations. This standard covers ground weather protection and non-weather protection places and environmental conditions during movement between places. The environmental conditions stipulated in this standard do not include the microclimate conditions inside the product, nor do they include the environmental conditions caused by fire, explosion, nuclear radiation, and accidents.
