- This standard specifies the specific arrangement, quantity, interval and position of some function keys of typewriter printing keys. It has nothing to do with the size of the typewriter. This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO1091-1977 "Typewriter - Layout of printing keys and function keys". Note: For the arrangement of alphabetic characters, numbers, commas and periods, see ISO 2126 "Office machines -- Basic layout of the alphanumeric part of a two-handed keyboard".
