- This standard is formulated to implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (Trial)", control the pollution of the environment by solid waste from the non-ferrous metal industry, protect human health, and promote economic development. This standard is applicable to the solid waste discharged from the mineral processing, smelting, processing and production processes of the non-ferrous metal industry and its environmental protection facilities.
