Scope: This standard specifies the safety technical requirements and safety management function requirements for office equipment. This standard is applicable to information processing environments with high security requirements for office equipment in government departments and other institutions. It is used for the procurement, evaluation, maintenance and management of office equipment, and can also provide reference for the design of office equipment. This standard does not apply to information processing environments involving state secrets.
