Scope

This part of GB/T 28046 describes the chemical loads that may be exposed to systems/components installed on/in a specific location in the vehicle, and specifies tests and requirements. This section applies to automotive electrical and electronic systems/components. This section does not apply to electrical and electronic systems/components that are continuously exposed to chemical agents (such as fuel pumps that are submerged in fuel for a long time).
