Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the requirements for elevator operating devices, buttons and indicators, takes into account the type of elevator control, and specifies requirements for use by disabled persons (see Appendix D). Appendix B gives the specific requirements for accessibility. The description of the control system is only a detailed description of the buttons and indicators, it is neither a description of the completeness of various control systems, nor is it standardized. This standard also specifies the requirements for handrails (if any) in the car. 1.2 This standard applies to elevators of categories Ⅰ to Ⅳ and category Ⅵ defined in GB/T 7025.1 and GB/T 7025.2. 1.3 Group control elevators have shared operating devices and electrical connections, which are economical and convenient to use. The complexity of the system can be determined according to the number of elevators and the expected traffic flow. Therefore, this standard does not involve additional instructions that the manufacturer considers useful in such systems, such as: "indicate the next elevator", "do not obstruct closing the door", etc. 1.4 This standard does not deal with the following: a) special functions (and their corresponding signals), such as special functions to improve the service of bed elevators, touch screens, voice control devices, etc.; b) in the case of automatic doors, any Devices, such as variable time delay devices, door closing buttons, light curtains, etc., used according to different indicators. The elevator operating devices and basic signals involved shall comply with the provisions of this standard. When developing auxiliary signals, the content of this standard may be used as a guide.
