GB/T 19348.1-2014 Non-destructive testing.Industrial radiographic film.Part 1:Classification of film systems for industrial radiography (English Version)
The purpose of this part of GB/T 19348 is to determine the performance of film systems. This standard applies to the classification of industrial radiography (non-destructive testing) film systems in combination with specified lead intensifying screens. Its purpose is to ensure that the image quality of radiography (affected by the film system) is consistent with the requirements of other standards such as ISO 5579, ISO 17636 and EN 12681. This section does not apply to the classification of fluorescent sensitized films. Measurements of film systems in this standard are limited to a selected radiation quality to simplify the procedure. Film properties vary with radiant energy, not film system quality grade. Other methods for assessing photographic processing are specified in GB/T 19348.2. When the working conditions are given, the performance of the film system can be controlled by these methods.
